How can I place my order?

Select your plant, your pot or your accessories. Add it to the basket.
Once your basket is complete, you just have to confirm your order with the paiement.

After you placed the order you will receive a summary with delivery details.

Can I add something to my order / modify / cancel ?

If you have not yet received the delivery confirmation email, you can contact us to complete, cancel or modify your order (plants, pots, accessories, delivery address/time) @ hello@janvierplants.com.
If you have already received the order confirmation email, you will no longer be able to change your order.

Can I return a plant or any product from the e-shop?

We have a 15 days return policy. The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging. After 15 days: no refund can be made.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted @ hello@janvierplants.comwithin 15 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Perishable goods such as plants cannot be returned without any reasonable reason.

The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued.

Next day delivery. From Monday to Friday.
Order before 8pm to receive your plant the next day.

Will my plant look similar to the photo on the website?

As far as possible: YES! A slight variation in size and shape is possible depending on our arrivals and varieties availabilities. Know that each plant is unique and can not correspond 100% to the photo on the website - which are not contractual. JANVIER is not responsible for any slight differences between your plant and the photo online if the plant received differs a little bit.

How should I take care of my plant? 

Every plant is sold with a Plant Care card made by us, with love. You will find tips and maintenance advices.

How long will the plants be available on the website?

Our plants are available while stocks last. However, in order to guarantee the best quality, be aware that we only have reasonable quantities for each variety.

What difference between pot and  ""cache pot"" 

A plant pot has a drainage hole, a "cache pot" has not. The function of the pot is both to contain the plant and to drain the water. It usually goes with a soccer to collect the water.
the ""cache pot" is mostly aesthetic and decorative.

Where do your pots come from?

All our pots are handmade by Portuguese Ceramists.

Will my pot be similar to the pic on the website?

All our pots are handmade by Portuguese Ceramists. So slight variations of shapes and colour can happen. Each pot is unique.

How does the digital gift card works? 

 

JANVIER Gift Card is valid for 12 months (365 days) from the issue date.
JANVIER Cards are issued in denominations of €15, €25, €50, €75 or €100.
JANVIER Cards are non-refundable and if not discounted in full, the remaining value cannot be used.
It is not possible to extend the validity of JANVIER Gift Cards.

You can use up to 1 JANVIER Gift Cards in the same purchase.If the value of the ticket exceeds this amount, the difference must be paid by credit/debit/Multibanco card.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, all our plants come in a 100% biodegradable kraft paper bag.
Plastic pots are recyclable.

How to recycle our packaging?

Our kraft bags in the blue bin.

What is the MPS-ABC Label?

MPS-A, B and C are environmental qualifications awarded to MPS participants based on a scoring system according to their usage of crop protection agents, fertilisers, energy and waste. The qualification MPS-A stands for most environmentally-friendly cultivation. MPS (Milieu Programma Sierteelt or “Environmental Programme Floriculture”) began in 1995 as an environmental project of the Westland flower auctions, one of the municipalities of the Netherlands, and is now an international organisation active in more than 50 countries. It provides certification and training services with a focus on corporate social responsibility and sustainable production in the international horticulture sector.
